On-site in China, your team is abroad

This is the usual shape of an opsatchina job. Something physical is in China: servers, a cabinet, a wellhead stack, a plant network, a registration desk. Your engineers are in another time zone. They can join a call. They cannot walk into the room.

What we take on site

Hands on the machine. OS and hypervisor installs. Cable dressing. Firewall and address changes that only work when you are looking at the panel. Modbus or OPC commissioning at the cabinet. A Vue desk that has to run while a line forms. We travel to any city in China. We do not travel outside China for you — that work stays remote.

What stays remote

Scope, architecture, configuration you can do over a session, and the write-up. Your team keeps the keys they need. We do not become a black box just because we are the ones in the building. Routine work is in China Standard Time. Production incidents do not wait for 18:00.

English with you. Chinese on the ground when a vendor or a guard needs it. Email and WhatsApp. WeChat if that is how the site actually talks.

How a job starts

A short call: what is in China, what is remote, who holds access, and what done looks like. Then a written scope and an access list. No work from a hallway yes. After execute you get notes, drawings if we built a rack, and an optional retainer if you want us on-call.

If the hardware itself has to be staged, packed, and brought up somewhere else, that is stage on shore, cutover offshore. If the job is hosts under Inspur, start at virtualization on site.
